I have trouble getting my mind to stop racing in order to get a good night's sleep or waking and not being able to get back to sleep. I wanted to go the natural route so took a chance and purchased this sleep aid.
I took the recommended dosage and went to bed thinking here was going to be another product that wouldn't deliver. Was I wrong! Within 20 minutes I didn't know what had hit me as I was sound asleep- and in a deep, restful sleep as well. I didn't experience any grogginess in the morning! I now have hope when I know it's going to be one of "those nights".
I will be purchasing more and would recommend this product although I would adjust to a lesser dose depending on your body size. I'm rather petite and will probably get adequate results.

"I can't believe it's an over the counter supplement."
SERENE is so effective for me I can't believe it's an over the counter supplement. I had a real tough time getting off Ambien and it really messed with my head. I was really worried I wouldn't be able to find help for my insomnia once I had stopped the drugs, and for a while I tried a slot of sleep aids, from nyquil to unisom and everything in between. Most just did not work for me and the ones that did made me feel fogged out and crappy the next day. So I tried your free samples and I have to say I was delighted, for sure. They didn't seem to make me drowsy at first, but all I know was shortly after I fell asleep without the normal tossing around fiasco and woke up 7 hours later feeling great! I tried it again the next night to see if it was a fluke. Same thing. I love how I just dropped right off and slept right through. It's really weird but I keep thinking at first it's not making me sleepy, but then it works. It is hands down the best natural sleeping supplement I have ever used. At first I didn't think it did much for me, I took 2 capsules and felt nothing significant.
